Ah, fair's fair. *Everyone* puts that sort of qualification on anything
which could get them sued.
IPO's have to explicitly state that there's a chance that the stock value
may fall over time.... I mean, *DUH*. If you *don't* do it, then some trigger
happy lawyer will sue you.
