AFAIK in Eircom's world, channel bonding = 2 calls = 2 x price
of one call. And, in fairness, to your ISDN provider, there's
no difference between 2 single channel calls to two different
places and 2 single channel calls to be bonded to the same place.
You use the same amount of call setup resources and of resources
during the call.
