Mandrake is shipped with pgcc instead of gcc or egcs. It's
also supposed to be faster. The xcdroast included with it is
unusable, though. No progress indicator on my last install.
Now my partition tables are gone, so I'll install Mandrake in
Newbie mode :/

O- nny, just lost several megs of C/C++ source

(I think computers have consciousness. They can detect when
you're about to do that big backup you were waiting to do.
Then they fail. Just before setting up the crontab.)
