This is an old one I believe. It appeared in the Sunday Times
a year or two ago (1997 I suppose seeing as thats the date at
the bottom). He got a huge email response at the time. This
character is a complete computer moron. Hes the perfect example
of windows magazine columnist that clutter up the shelves. He
stuck in the CD and installed it over windows because he didnt
read either the manual or the little warning messages that popped
up all over the place, and was bitter about the whole experience.
If you even buy the sunday times you can always get a good chuckle
(or more likely give yourself a stroke) by reading his column, as
hes there looking at you week after week. Gagh!
