The Latitude CPi is a PCI device, which adds a 3c905TX to your device list...
I think the docking station just takes the Video Out port on the laptop
and repeats it round the back.. it also adds more USB ports... and more PS/2 ports...

I would guess you would want to be very careful with hotplugging it in linux..
