I think you are mistaken on this, the BOI cgi's should run on Linux/Unix ,
it's a flat-File/cgi based system.
All it needs on the client machine is a vWeb and a directory to write the
data files to.
If you want a contact name on the tech side of BOI's stuff give me a shout
