[ILUG] [OT] SPARC portable

 I have inherited a PowerLite SPARC portable and try to find information
 about this machine (see http://dodo.bsn.com/BSN/Support/RDI/powerlite.html
 for newer versions of same):

 - which model it is; doesn't say anything on the box or in the manuals,
   and sysinfo doesn't say either
 - whether I can buy memory for these guys here in .ie; currently installed
   are 16MB, and it takes up to 80
 - where I can get HDs for them; there is currently a Toshiba MK2326FB
   2 1/2'' SCSI (II ?) drive in the box, a bit small for NetBSD/Linux/Solaris

 Any ideas? Please reply off-list. Thanks.
