Theres two ways to look at early stages, timewise or how far until the jcb
starts digging the labs foundations :-), anyhow im far removed from the story, 
to be exact I know someone who has some contact with someone from Media Labs 
who is close to the people who are thinking about EuroMediaLabs. But tell you
what ask the minister of trade and enterprise or whatever under the freedom of 
information act about anything to do with MIT and see what you get out of them.
