[ILUG] problems at startup with sendmail

[ILUG] problems at startup with sendmail

I believe i just found an easier way to boot into single-user mode without
making a boot disk if you use lilo, when lilo asks for boot flags try
typing:
init=S
that should start linux in single-user mode, if that still doesn't work
try:
init=-b
that will start in emergency mode without running any of the startup
scripts.
