I've recently upgraded a machine to Mandrake 6.1 and now I can't telnet or rsh
to it. Why ? I know this is a FAQ in various forms but I can't recall the
FGA (frequently given answer). I can't spelunk on the machine either because it's
physically remote, hence the need to rsh / telnet (and before you ask, I can't use
ssh because of intervening firewalls)
