For those of you who are regular readers of PC Plus, theres a good linux representation in the mag this month. Much more so than normal. The cover CD has Star Office and Netscape 4.7 and there is a trial version of VMWare. They also have XFree86 3.3.5 and there are reviews of the GIMP and vmware. They also have an article on Transmeta as well. Theres an interview with Colin Fenwizk, VP of Red Hat Europe there too. Basically the word Linux is well distributed all over the place which is a very welcome and vast improvement. They've also got an ad for a sister magazine called Linux Answers thats just out this month. I haven't seen that so I don't know what its like but they say its got interviews with Linus and ESR and Richard Stallman. I think most people here will find nothing much new in it all but it might help convert some more of the masses.
