This kind of stuff is pretty much what part of sun's starportal appears
like its going to be. Noone really seems to be sure just what a starportal
is going to be, but I suspect that this isn't too far off the mark. I
dunno myself if its such a great idea, but I've been wrong before (insert
bad memory of thinking that mosaic was pretty cute, but nowhere near the
usefulness of ftp and gopher, cringe).
