VATUK = 0% (Books)
VATIE = 12.5%

Punt * (1+VATIE) = Justified Price ...

only 10p out, and I didn't do the usual 25% markup removal trick that would
prove that at the moment £7.02 is reasonable, the argument *should* be that
4.99 is steep for 82 pages, even PCLive doesn't cost that much !
