Does that get around the MySQL privilege mess? I'm not too fussed about
setting up tables and stuff... as SQL is fairly standard across the board.
It's the whole thing where the bugzilla docs give setup instructions that
leave the system wide open...
Default security level of 0 is a little too MS for my liking...
