I find the Zyxel units good. They plug into the LAN and the ISDN line
and offer DHCP, NAT, Filtering, dial on demand, and remote user dialup.
I've used them over the past 2 years and they have worked flawlessly.

Systemhouse in Leapordstown supply them in Ireland.
