For the PHP phans who haven't been keeping up with the times, or can't
because php.net is offline, PHP Phour Release Candidate 1 is now available.
According to PHP and Zend, this means that a production version of Phour is
only a matter of days and weeks away. And about bloody time too! :)

BTW, you can still access the PHP site on their UK mirror:
