morning folks.
I;ve been having probs booting a 2.3 series kernel.
I followed the instructions and all went well, I ran lilo and it seemed
happy .
however, when I select the new kernel, it refuses to boot, giving me :
Uncompressing Linux... Ok, booting the kernel.

and then it does nothing.... just sits there... any ideas?

please CC me on any replies... on too slow a telnet connection for
sifting through list traffic...

thanks,

johnmc.
