There's an excellent VC++ style PHP editor for Windows called phped or
similar. It's linked off the applications section of
http://www.zend.com/ There's also an ambitious php client server editor
which I downloaded but it doesn't have any docs and I lost patience with
it trying to get it to work. It's geared towards workgroups more than
just a simple editor though..
There are numerous HTML editors for KDE and Gnome on freshmeat. They
seem to be updated fairly often. I'd look there for more.
