As often happens, my fingers work faster than my brain (or vice versa.) I believe what I intended to say was that I'd heard that the new Mac OS is *nix based. I don't actually know if this is true, but would be curious to know. My interest in BeOS if for my brother as he does much audio & video editing. And IIRC, I thought I saw somewher that BeOS was *nix based. Thanks for clearing it up.
