Indeed, but we have already paid for it, so tough luck to them.
In the case of something like /windows.ie/, or /fuinneoga.ie/ (sp?), MS
would have reason to say that they own trademark and would probably win a
court case to get it back, but in the case of linux.ie, we asked the
trademark owner if we could use it, and he said yes. More, he said yes to
us before he said yes to another hypothetical splinter group.
