I've had success* doing weird stuff like this. Take a note of the partition
sizes (in sectors), delete the old partitions and put it back together "by
hand" in some new configuration of primary/extended/logical partitions.
*YMMV. I nearly mangled my /usr partition by entering sizes in blocks
instead of sectors. It's working now...
