Hmmm, style is a pretty personal consideration, altough of course there
are certain accepted standards. But, how in particular is his style bad?
As regards code, does some of his code not work or do you just mean that
there would be better ways to do certain things? Having only used his
C++ From the Ground Up book, in which his examples try to illustrate the
functions, etc. being discussed, I imagine that he probably gets a bit
forced into using some things a bit inappropriatly.
Anyhow, I just ask out of interest as I'm not very experienced with the
finer points of C++.
