http://www.freeswan.org is the linux frees/wan project,
which provides an IPSec patch to the kernel.
http://www.securityfocus.com/frames/?focus=linux is a new
linux focused area on securityfocus, home of bugtraq. If you
do a search in the library for IPSec, there's quite a bit
of information there...
