[ILUG] Linux ISP Support

[ILUG] Linux ISP Support

Hey all,

I've just started my dream job ;) - tech support at a well known Irish ISP.
I have been told here that I can add to the internal support/reference site.
So I thought, to kill the boredom for the next few weeks, I'd look into adding
some info about linux users conecting to the service.

Obviously, your average linux user is beyond the level of support that an ISP
provides on connection, but giving the people who work here a reference to linux
may encourage them to answer the more general questions linux users may have,
instead of just fobbing them off.

What I need to know is, is this a worthwhile project?

Also what kind of information should be made available to the people who work
here? A quick example Ive done is here:
http://www.iol.ie/~linux/kppp

I'd be interested in hearing your thoughts.
