Not sure about Irish rules, but if it's illegal, then you
should go have a chat with Irish Life and a few other _large_
Irish companies. AFAIK in the US, email from a company is
property of that company, and the employee has no rights
as far as scanning it and adding footers/headers goes..
then again IANAL, and I am most definitely NAUL...
