How could adding text to an email
legally absolve a company from anything.
This is the same issue I think where you
see in hotel car parks that "cars are
parked at your own risk..." But this isn't
actually legally the case. If anything
happens your car, then they have to pay.

Danke. The best argument I can come up with is "We'll do it when you
change the phone system such that when anyone dials out, the first thing
the person on the other end hears is a recording of our disclaimer".
