 Not so. The IEDR only check your application when you register it. If
it's (to them) an obvious case of cybersquatting, they'll stop it. But, if
for instance someone registed a company name of a UK company, who had
intended opening a .ie branch (say, lastminute.ie ;), and the IEDR don't
spot it, they won't pull the domain - they leave that up to the courts.
