Above is a series of benchmarks on popular cards. I only skimmed through
it, but picked up one thing: Matrox cards and even the aging Rage Pro
are faster/comparable than my shiny TNT card in Linux (from personal
testing.. 17FPS is the max I can squeeze out of a TNT in Q3, not using
the point release though)

The second URL is the comments area with some interesting stuff..

I wonder should I get a Voodoo 3 so I can actually enjoy Quake3 and
Unreal Tournament..
