Interesting request, if I remember correctly the database server alone is 
over 100MB.  This probably is of no use but oracle will supply you will 
development licence (including updates for a year) for $200, but if this is 
for 'personal' use it would be better to find someone with a copy and a CD 
burner.

It there is anybody out there with a copy I am also interested.

However I would imagine you need a fairly hardcore box to run it.
