Personally I use Forte for Java, from Sun themselves. Its cross platform
(win32 and *nix) the community version is free, and it is pretty sweet
building all sorts of java apps/applets etc. and a good user community.
Check it out at http://forte.sun.com

Subject: [ILUG] Java IDE's
Has anyone out there used any of the available IDE's for java developement?
A friend of mine wants to get into Linux and Java developement but wants to
use an IDE. Will KDevelop allow you to use Java? I suggested he look at
JBuilder but want to find out something more definite. Anyone got
recommendations?
