I think this is actually a good idea.

I would note the following though:

Any jobs posted must have a significant UNIX/Linux content.
Agencies should be charged a small sum (from the rates I've seen on CVs
and covering letters that come in here they are making a killing if they
fill the job).
We should be able to blacklist agencies (if, for example they advertise
a Linux job and an ILUG member goes to the interview and discovers that
it is an NT job).
