My sound card buzzes also.  I managed to track it down to the fact that
there are wires everywhere behind my desk and the (extended) cable from my
card to the speaker was picking up on the electromagnetic fun that was going
around.   Maybe your mouse is overlapping with your sound cable?   Just a
thought.
