[ILUG] `netstat -t` shows nothing

[ILUG] `netstat -t` shows nothing

when I do 'netstat -t' on one of the machines on my network, it shows
all the TCP connections(address and state). but when I do the same thing
on another one, it produces nothing except the heading. Is there
anything wrong with the setup this machine?
