Workflow solutions like this are big bucks.
We have one called Changengine which is web based, and I know there are
plenty of other similar ones out there.
I reckon you'd be lucky to pull this off with any current office suites.
Good luck,
David.

Subject: [ILUG] [OT] Signing Documents
Hi all,
We have several documents and they need to be approved etc.. by different
levels in a company. I need a solution that will run on as many platforms
as possible, linux, all distros, Solaris and of course how could I live
without Win32.
Anybody seen such a solution in a working env.?
Or could anybody point me in and direction.
Or am I asking too much from today's productivity suites(Staroffice and
MSOffice).
Cheers in advance
rgds
Paul
