[ILUG] getting a dual-proc system - who?

Is there a company in Ireland who folks know will put together a good-quality
dual processor system?  The CPU used would probably be as fast as possible;
the Dell ads here recently about 1GHz systems implies that those chips can now
enter the country...  With that would be an Ultra-II SCSI controller or the
like to bring both processor speed and disk access speed, to make builds go
quickly in particular.
