They have no plans for extending any of their bidirectional network. So 3
months is as accurate as 12 months. Their customer service have no idea -
they can't get the electrical engineers trained in the roll out of the
service, and they have no intention of spending money training people up,
because of the fear of being forced to open their local loop, as Eircom
are.
