Your best bet is buy it online...

Look at http://www.suse.de/en/suse/resellers/europe/ireland/index.html for Chalkmore in Dublin, or Irish Systems in Waterford.

Or you can always order from SuSE direct. Which I did and got it in about 7 days. Also, I think you can only get the professional update from SuSE direct anyway. Could be wrong though!
