Only kinda a linux question (I'm upgrading a linux box), but maybe someone
can help:
I've a 6.4 Gb drive with linux and NT, and a second identical
drive with one NTFS partition (contains programs and data). Linux is
cramped, so i'm adding a disk (30Gb) but i don't really have a spare ide
channel. Is there any way to copy an image of the NT stuff on disk 2 onto a
partition of the 30Gb drive? (i imagine it might involve some special
partitioning and then a "dd if= of= " sort of thing, but i really don't
know).
Any help appreciated.
Thanks
mick
