Get with the program, Conor :-) Eircom doesn't use that kind of charging
anymore (i.e. where you are charged per unit, and a unit is worth a varying
amount of time, depending on destination and time). All calls are now
charged by the second, and there is a minimum charge of 5p per call, so you
might want to configure diald so that a call lasts at least as long as 5p
worth, which varies of course. And then for completeness you'd need to
handle calls which start just before the end of one charging period and
carry on into the other :-)
