I agree here. In fact there's no reason (I don't think) why all the free
ISPs can't be added to pap-secrets / chap-secrets to allow the user the
choice of free-ISP at dial-time. This would require putting "user
$USERNAME" into /etc/ppp/peers/options.ISPNAME rather than /etc/ppp/options
and creating /etc/ppp/ppp-on-ISPNAME rather than /etc/ppp/ppp-on
Btw, the esat number is 13321... not 133321...
