Never believe anything told to you by sales : find a friendly engineer
and ask them the real story.
They have practically *nothing* installed in the way of ISDN capacity,
they don't seem to be able to bring anything additional online, and
they basically don't give a fsck.
Then they do something woefully stupid like run a substandard line from
the exchange to my house... way to go, guys.
The 4-month waiting period was explained to me as being a result of my
living in Blackrock, but it doesn't explain the two occasions in work
(centre of Dublin) where they took two months to install a pair of ISDN
lines each time.
