Not quite - it's not a pass through, because there is no analog phone line
to pass through. Instead, it's a D/A & A/D converter for a phone line.
Hence my earlier comment about the price.

Bummer - where do you live ? I haven't even ordered my line yet. And if
you'd like to know if tha card works, pass it on and I'll check it out for
you :-) (I have access to ISDN lines elsewhere)
