Hmm. Still not happening. When I type:
1 create test
And strace the imap program, it's not stat'ing anything, or trying to
make a folder. I can't see how to get courier IMAP to do it.
Just tryed there on a local UW-IMAP server.
xena [0] telnet gpo imap
Trying 192.168.1.2...
Connected to gpo.
Escape character is '^]'.

l login jplooney secret
l OK LOGIN completed
1 create Mail/arse
1 OK CREATE completed
And it exists. Looks like the CourierIMAP server doesn't support making
folders.
