Just got my Dell laptop talking IRLAN to a PC serial IR-eye there now
under Linux, pretty nifty...

One cool thing, I had 98 on the laptop side earlier and when it noticed
the eye on the PC up popped the Plug and Play box, you know the one that
says Installing Software for... and the word that appeared in the box was
Linux,... I must try and get a screenshot ...
