I saw it for sale in Easons (Limerick) before Christmas. The issue with 
Linus on the front. Nothing since then.

I have been subscribing to it for about 2.5 years now and find it excellent. 
Ok, I can't claim to know everything or understand everything that's being 
talked about in the articles, but I'm starting to find that as I pick up 
more and more on Linux, I can go back over the issues and understand them.

I would definitely recommend it (and I am not an employee of, or on a 
retainer from, SSC!!)
