Easy - and this is on the ILUG FAQ

The reply-to is set to the sender to avoid embarrassing incidents where the
list gets sent all the gory details that were intended for the poster
only... (It has happened before it was changed)

It's easy to add the ILUG address to the TO: or CC: field of an email,
and/or to re-send to the list if you forget, it's not that easy to unsay
things better left unsaid in public ...
