About as nice as anyone who puts up a webpage in English and doesn't
put up a translation, or even mention the fact that they don't speak
a foreign language.
* Note: I don't like the FPO, I don't agree with right-wing politics,
but I do understand people not translating their web pages... I tend
to get annoyed when people go to other countries, and don't have the
courtesy
to learn the language or the customs... or maybe that's just me.. :)
