Consider knocking it, on performance, at least.
People, try it out. Download & installed AOLserver. Download & Install
Apache/PHP and benchmark them doing similar things, then use ApacheBench
to hammer them.
For small scripting stuff, AOLserver is over an order of magnitude
faster. For big stuff (10K+ scripts) it seems to be about four times as
fast. For database access, under strain, it's about an order of magnitude
higher too.
