[ILUG] Makeing a video for a demo

[ILUG] Makeing a video for a demo

Hi,
I've got an application with a bunch of different windows which does
some speech recognition and 3D graphics. I need to record a session (i.e
the contents of the screen preferably also recording microphone input)
of using the app, such that I would then have a .rm or quicktime type
video demo of the app. I've never tried anything like this, so a few
pointers would be greatly appreciated. My system is standard RH6.1 w/
GNOME.
TIA,
Tom.
