I bought a Asus ISDN pci card without analogue today from scan.co.uk

While the card itself is very the cheap the postage and packing price was
nearly as much as the card itself! Since I was on the phone to them anyway
and a diffrent ISDN card from somewhere else would be very similar in
price anyway I went ahead with the order. However I was wondered if scan's
postage prices are always very high since Ireland is outside mainland UK?
